Student Room for Rent in Enschede: 12 Minutes by Bike from Saxion University (Available from August 1, 2026)

We are looking for a quiet and tidy female student to join our student house from August 1, 2026. The room is available exclusively to students of Saxion University or the University of Twente (UT).

Registration with the municipality is possible.

The room is approximately 11 m² and includes a private sink. The monthly rent is €380,=, including service costs, high-speed fiber internet (1000/1000 Mbps), use of the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and bi-weekly cleaning of the shared areas.

The student house has 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a shared living room.

To keep the house clean and hygienic, the common areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks.

Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
