The house is has modern fittings, such as a modern shower, kitchen fittings, etc. There’s also a shed and back garden, and the facilities are shared between 5 people, but practically there is a max of 4 people in the house at any given time.A comfortable environment, a responsive landlord, and respectful, clean housemates are a guarantee :)
