About the place

Hii!
From the 17th of December onwards there will be a free room available in our student house on Calslaan, on University of Twente campus. The rent is around 480 euros incl. gwe, no additional costs. We are three international girls currently busy with our master's. We are looking for a fourth girl who wants to be actively involved with the house (house activities, parties, drinks, occasional dinners, and outings), aged 21+. The room is ~30 sqm (two rooms divided by a doorframe), you will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with one girl, and the kitchen and shared living space with three girls. The room comes unfurnished, but you have the possibility buy all the furniture from the previous tenant!
