About the place

Dear all, 

From june 1st we have a FURNISHED room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat.  

The room is 17m2. The room is furnished and will be provided with bed, desk, couches, fridge, microwave, tv, internet and sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom, additional toilet and a garden, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats (men and women). 

The price is approximately €600 eu per month INCLUDING an advance payment for gas, water and electricity. 

We are looking for an tenant that cleanes up after him/herself. 

Registration is possible. 
No pets allowed. 
NO SMOKING allowed. 
No drugs allowed.

The viewing is for now planned on the 18th of may, both online and physical viewings are possible. In consultation, a different date is possible for a viewing.
