Hi all, I'm a 23 year old Dutch Physio looking for someone to subrent the other half of my beautiful apartment in Eindhoven, next to the Central Station, and the Effenaar.
My current roommate (Rickbvd) is planning to travel from mid-November until end of June, so his room will be available during that time. The apartment is in the city centre, two rooms including a big kitchen/living room, bathroom, separate toilet and a cute little balcony! The room is provided with curtains and is well-isolated, it's 14 m2. The bed etc. in the picture is not included. There are options to use a double bed during the time:)
There is a personal parking spot with it if you have a car and downstairs extra storage for for a bike or other stuff. I am looking for someone who's easy-going, maybe has some time after working hours to hang/watch a movie. Nothing big, no pressure, just chill (parties are part of it though).

Complete package : all costs in total, including a shared Netflix account and washing machine - - > 760€
So yes, this indeed includes internet, elec, water, gas, disposal of trash etc.
