About the place

Two small rooms will become available in our student house as of January 2025. The rooms are situated on the first floor, and together take up 19m2. One of the rooms can be used as bedroom and the other could be a study room (see pictures). The rooms cannot be rented separately. The rent is €549 per month, which includes internet, gas, light and water.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with two roommates. Additionally, there is a studio (with its own kitchen and bathroom) in the house that is occupied by another two roommates. Whilst we enjoy some small talk, we do not spend a lot of time together, as everyone has busy lives. If you like having your own space and enjoy being able to do your own thing, this house might be a match! An advantage of our house is the garden, in which we can enjoy some sun in the summer. We also have a small garage/shed where we can store our bikes.
By bike, Eindhoven station is approximately 15 minutes away, and both Fontys and TU/e are approximately 20 minutes away.
