I have a furnished studio available on the Hertogstraat (1 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from Fontys and TUE University). The studio is 19 m² and includes a private shower, a kitchenette with a built-in fridge, and comes with a bed and a desk. Please note the toilet is shared.

Additionally, the building has  a shared living room, 3 communal kitchens with a washer and dryer, and a large sunny garden. All communal spaces are cleaned weekly and bike storage/parking is also available.

The rent for the studio is €845 per month, which includes all bills (cleaning, electricity, gas, internet, etc.).
