About the place

I have a room for rent. The House is located at the Eckartseweg Zuid, a quiet street yet very central. The TU/e and Fontys hogescholen are around 400 metres. Winkelcentrum Woensel 800 metres, Cassandra square at 300 meters. Finally, the main train station 1 km.

At the front of the House a quiet street, with a small Pub. In the back there is a gate, behind it the Hudsonlaan. Last year the House is equipped with double glazing, cavity wall insulation and has been painted. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, which you share with three inmates. 

The room is renewed in August, new floor, paint work and furniture, all in light colours.

The room at the back costs 450 euros.

Smoking, drugs and alcohol abuse are NOT allowed in the House. The common areas are made clean by you and the other residents. Once a week (on average) I come along to see how it goes and have a small talk with the people who are at home.
