The apartment is ideally situated between Hollands Spoor and Central Station. Both available rooms are located at the rear/garden side of the building. There is no outdoor space/balcony/garden. The base rent is €393/month and €462/month respectively, calculated according to the new legislation: 40 and 47 points (WWSO). The rooms are semi-furnished with laminate flooring, curtains, and light fixtures, at no additional cost. There is a shared common area of 16m², used as a combined living/dining room. The third bedroom at the front of the apartment is occupied by a friendly, working tenant + cat. The apartment is scheduled for renovation in 2027, two years from now. Target audience: Master’s/PhD students, suitable for two friends, but individual room inquiries are also welcome.
