This property has a central and convenient location to shops (Dierenselaan / Apeldoornselaan) and a large variety of Hagues restaurants, entertainment, and various schools. Green, sports, and recreational facilities (Zuiderpark) are a few minutes by bike. Bus stops (25,26) are just a few minutes of walk. Perfect for both students and working professionals who need to be in and around the city center.


All the bills are included! You just need to pay one monthly deposit first day of your stay. Registration is possible.

The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, closet and studying table& chair. It is part of a modern and fully equipped apartment. You will feel at home here :)  The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The washing machine and Dismachine are available too!

 The current tenants are 2 females who are from Ukraine. They are studying at the university and are very social and friendly tenants.
