About the place

I hereby offer 1 room (10m2). It is a fairly spacious apartment with all the necessities including a dishwasher. Washing mashine, dryer. Large living room, spacious kitchen, shower and quite spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the park. You will share this apartment with me, (male 34y / o) And another friend (30 Y/o). The apartment (flat) is located at 5 minutes walking distance from a large shopping center in den bosch (De rompert). And 10 minutes cycling distance from central station. It is always clean and tidy. I prefer to look for someone who will stay at least  6 months. The rest is negotiable!
