Are you a masters student or did you just start working and are you looking for a room? In our house a room will become available soon on the 2nd floor.

We are looking for someone between the ages of 23-26. On the 2nd floor you will live with 5 others, both male and female and share the facilities.

The room is about 30-35 square metres and has an extra floor for sleeping. There is also a sink and access to the balcony. The price of the room is about 600 euros (including utilities).
Available from march 15th.

The house is located in the city center, it has 3 floors and a total of 16 rooms for living. There is a kitchen, a bathroom and toilets on each floor. Downstairs is a large room were we organize parties, theatre and other social events (of course this has temporarily come to a halt because of covid) There is a porch and a yard where you can hang out in warmer weather. The residents are between the ages of 23 and 66, most are in their mid-twenties to early thirties. There are no social obligations but we enjoy coming together for a meal or drink regularly. Any initiative is welcome.

If you are interested please send us some information about yourself and why you would like to live here. A video is also appreciated since we have limited options for inviting people at this time. Due to covid circumstances we only select a small amount of candidates. We are still figuring out the best way to organize viewings, more info will be available later.
