You don't have to share your kitchen or bathroom with anyone. The studio is all yours. Don't worry about becoming lonely though. There are plenty of areas to socialize with your neighbors. There is a game room, study room and chill lounge.

You will find everything you need at Campus 015 Delft. You do your laundry in the launderette on the 1st floor, catch a movie in the cinema on the 2th floor and read a book in the library on the 3rd floor. All the materials used are sustainable.
There is plenty of parking space, a bicycle parking area and a very comfy waterfront terrace. A great spot to relax.

All studios differ in size between 18 m2 and 27 m2 starting costs are:

Rental costs:
- Basic rent: from € 505,-
- Advance payment service costs: € 120, - euro
- Advance furniture / upholstery costs: from € 85, -


Other costs to take into account:
- € 7,95 p/m for maintenance subscription.

The one off startup costs:
- End Cleaning: € 100, -
- Deposit: € 1.000, - ( you will get this back if you leave the studio in good order)

Optional:
- Kitchen package (plates/ cutlery etc.) = € 75, -
- Bed linen (duvet/ pillows/ sheets/ towels) = € 120, -
