Apartment is ca. 110m2 with Internet(WiFi). It is a 5 rooms apartment for 5 persons, with shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet.
Kitchen includes: Washing machine / Elec Hob / Fun Hood / 2 big Refrigerators / Microwave / Oven.
Bathroom and Toilet: Bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with drawers and cupboards, shower and toilet. Another separate washroom is with washbasin, cupboards, and toilet.
Room contains: bed (90x200), mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookcase.
Contract is one year, extension is possible.
Registration is allowed.
Rent includes incl. WiFi, water gas electricity, heating and city taxes (with energy in normal usage).
Deposit is two months rent.
No pet, No smoke in the house, not for party animal.
