Room for rent

From March 21st, I am looking for a new housemate who wants to live together with me, my cat (Cindy) and all my plants, in my house at the Korvezee. The apartment is located within walking distance of the TU and the sports center (X). It is a 10 minute bike ride to the center / station. We have a spacious common room (26m2) with a new kitchen unit and induction plate. There is a lot of room here to have people over (after corona), study or to do sports. We also have a large bathroom with our own washing machine.

The room itself is 10m2, just enough space for a bed / sleeping couch and a small closet and / or desk. There is extra closet space across the hall from the room. To be eligible for the room you must be a student in the haaglanden region.

I am looking for a sociable quiet roommate who knows how to deal with a frightened but very sweet cat. Someone who, just like me, enjoys to (occasionally) study and eat together, do yoga / sports / walking , watch a movie on the couch or doing other fun activities. Above all, there are no obligations and you are completely free to do your own thing here.
