Are you looking for a room? Looking for great housemates? Or looking for love?? Look no further, this house has got at least two of those three things.

We are House of Fortune! A group of 5 guys that became great friends because they coincidentally happened to move in with each other. We are currently finishing/finished masters and are looking for atleast Master/-Phd students or starter to join our house. We are all native Dutch, but all of us lived abroad for a few years. So we don't mind non-dutch speakers.

As a house we like to have dinner together as much as possible. While in the evening we sit together in the living room and watch a movie/serie, play a game of foosball or open a (few) beer.

Our humble palace is located in the old center of Delft, a 5min walk of the market square and a 2min from the supermarket. Going by bike? Central Station is a 5min ride away and 10min to the TU Delft campus. After some drinks at one of the bars down the street, you can roll back home.

Additionally we hold the second fastest time in the Delft Escaperoom. So if you're ever stuck in the wrong place, we are the second best group to get you out!!

The house contains:
- a big common area with two TV's, a foosball tabel and a working fireplace
- a kitchen with everything you need (including dishwasher)
- backroom with washing machine and dryer
- a shared bathroom with bath and rainshower
- a patio with bbq and a small weed plant
- a second (public) garden at the Schie Canal to watch the boats pass

There are 3 of the 5 rooms becoming available! One on 1st September, and two on 1st October, a lot of chances for a room.

We're looking for:
Master-/Phd students, or just finished studying recently.
