About the place

Dear room seekers!
From today we have a free room in our beautiful house. The room is approximately 15m2. You are preferably 21+. Rent is 620 (inclusive) per month. It’s for 6 months but there might be an option to extend. 

Our last roommate was a 24-year old girl. At the moment there live a young man of 30 and a young man of 31. We do our own thing and keep it calm but we do like music. We’re looking for someone who does the same.

We live in the ‘ambachtswijk’ in the ‘Princenhage. It’s about 15mn by bike to the city centre. There is also small centre nearby with supermarkets and a bar, it’s a 10mn walk. The house has everything you want: a large living room, 2 toilets, a bathroom with bathtub! A large kitchen! And a big garden, with a built in BBQ!
