Your Living Space

Private Facilities: Your own bedroom/living room with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Shared Areas: Every 7 units share a common living room and kitchen where you can cook and socialize.

Laundry Room: A laundry room is available, shared among 14 units.

Temporary Lease

We offer temporary housing because we will gradually place residents from our target group. As a result, rental contracts will have different fixed terms based on availability and planning.

Support Resident for 2 Years

Would you like to stay longer and make a meaningful contribution? This is possible as a Support Resident with a 2-year lease.

Support Resident Profile:

You easily connect with others.

You can address and support fellow residents.

You communicate clearly and take responsibility.

You are present at least one day and night during the weekend and a few evenings during the week.

Who Are We?

Woonzorg DWI is a small-scale organization offering assisted living for (young) adults who need support in their development toward independence. Residents work on their personal growth over two years, with the goal of moving on to independent living.
