As of March 1, I am offering a beautiful spacious and furnished room of approximately 15 m2 in the heart of the center. It's not a dorm! That is why I am looking for a student who is doing an internship or someone who has to be in Arnhem temporarily for work.

The room is only for 1 person (so not for someone who regularly has boyfriends / girlfriends over and / or staying the night).

Other features:

- fully furnished
- own private balcony (no smoking, just like the room)
- direct access to the bathroom
- shared toilet in the hallway
- incl towels and bed linen
- use of kitchen between 7 am and 8 pm
- there is no shared living room
- top floor, little or no trouble from the neighbors
- very centrally located: close to the Eusebiuskerk and the Rijnkade and the train station is a 10-minute walk away
- there is a bicycle in the shed that you can use freely

The room is available from March 1 until Apil 18. Maybe longer, but I will not know until the beginning of April.

The rent goes per week and there is a minimum stay of 2 weeks.

The price per week is 225 euros, but when you stay 4 weeks or longer, the price is 150 euro/week. Included in the price:

- costs for gas / water / electricity based on normal use
- service fee
- all municipal costs
- TV / internet 24/7
- insurances
- use furniture and sheets / blankets / towels
- use washing machine
- use bicycle

There is also a cleaning lady every week for the common areas (not the room).

There is also a security deposit: 450 euro

I am looking for a housemate who does not work from home cause I am already working from home fulltime.

Furthermore, I don't think gender is important. What I want to be important is that you like a neat, tidy and quiet house, are nice and at the same time respect my privacy and house rules. Preferably also someone who is vegetarian or vegan and lives sustainably. I have not eaten meat for almost three years now and I am trying to think about the materials I use (plastic for example) and how I deal with energy and water.

Pets and children (even if they come to visit now and then) are really not allowed. I also do not tolerate drug use and/or excessive alcohol use.

Because of the coronavirus, it is very important that you are really clean on yourself and take social distancing seriously!

And... I have a cat but he is not allowed in your room, so you need to close the dor always aftre entering/leaving.
