About the place

From 01-01-2025 to 01-10-2025 a studio/room for STUDENTS* will be available in the most beautiful street in Arnhem:

The room is on the street side on the first floor. The room is spacious (25m2 plus a loft of 7-8m2) with a high ceiling and large windows with a beautiful view! You share the kitchen and toilet/shower with 3 others. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, worktop and induction hob available in the room itself.  There is also a sink in the room. 
It is a large monumental house with a separate apartment on the ground floor, and 3 people live together on the second floor (1 student and 2 working).
We are looking for a pleasant and quiet roommate (preferably female, 20+) who likes to have a chat in the kitchen every now and then, but otherwise does his/her own thing.
The room will cost 535 including g/w/l. You only pay a few euros per month for the lease for the washing machine.
