I am looking for a tenant with whom we can maintain a clean and peaceful house with respect for personal space, without cigarette smoke and drugs. The tenants in the house (three tenants in total) like silence, it is especially important after 10:00 p.m. The house has 3 floors with four bedrooms. We share the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and two separate toilets. The house is located a 3-minute walk from the Anklaar shopping center. It is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, ceramic hobs and oven, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, gas boiler, internet. There is a garden with enough space for bicycles. Parking in the area is free.
The announced monthly rental price of 570 euros includes all costs (electricity, gas, water, internet, municipal fees).
Deposit: 700 euros.
Minimum rental period - 6 months. Maximum - until 31.08.2026.
Address registration is possible.
