About the place

Hi!

I’m subletting my room in Amsterdam Noord from December 27th, 2025 to January 27th, 2026. It’s a bright, comfortable room in a cozy first-floor apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, and a warm living room overlooking the garden.

You’d be living with my roommate, a very kind and easy-going woman who is half Dutch and half Chilean (she also has a cat). She keeps the home calm, friendly, and respectful, and is looking for someone with a similar vibe. Ideally, a woman or LGBTQ+ person who is tidy, considerate with shared spaces, and appreciates a peaceful atmosphere.

The price for the full stay is €1000. The house is very good located and connected to the city center. It is less than 10 minutes walking to the free ferry to Central Station (service 24/7) and to the metro.
