About the place

The tentant we have at the moment will be vacating the room to enjoy some holiday travels and therefore the room will be available for the months of July and August.

The room is in the Pijp, walking distance from Metrostation de Pijp/Albert Cuyp. Right now, me and my brother are living here and we would like to rent out one of the rooms to cover expenses.

The location of the appartment is pretty good and the room offers a lot of privacy. The Albert Cuyp Market and Sarphatipark are within walking distance.

Right now I am on sick leave from my previous employer and therefore I am between jobs. I have studied civil engineering and may use that degree to find a suitable position for me in the near future.

I live with my brother, we share the house. Sometimes we watch a movie in the evening. The kitchen and bathroom are all shared. The room which is for rent is on another floor, which offers you more privacy if you may so prefer.

The video and the pictures are from different times. The pictures are the most recent and the things in the picture (clothing etc.) belong to the current tenant. She will take all that out for the months concerned.
