About the place

I have a double room available for short term rental over the summer. 
We will share the living area. 
Dates can be flexible but it must be a minimum stay of 2 weeks. 
I am away most weekend and I work Monday to Friday at the office so I am not about much. 
This is not suitable for couples. 
Please tell me about yourself and desired stay length. 
The apartment is on the 4th floor which is accessed via lift.
