Hi! I'm Dev, looking for a kind, responsible female flatmate (25–40) to share a calm, intentional home. You'll be living with me, Emma (working professional), and Chloe — my sweet 9-year-old Norwegian Buhund 🐾

💸 Rent: €850/month all-in
The room is listed at €1,200. As part of this arrangement, you'll take Chloe for two walks daily — making rent €850. For a genuine dog lover with a flexible routine, this is a lovely daily rhythm, not a compromise. This is a condition of the arrangement, not optional.
