You will be a co-tenant with the same rights and obligations.

You cannot rent this property temporarily. You are required to register with the municipal population register and stay here for at least 24 months.

Your net salary must be MINIMUM EUR 2.500,00.
So, no students, no temporary jobs, and no self-employed (ZZP).

Your share of the living expenses will be EUR 980,00, including all additional costs:

    energy network,

    energy consumption,

    water usage,

    Wi-Fi internet,

    local tax costs,

    loan fee for all appliances and inventory.

Legal obligations imposed by the Municipality of Amsterdam:

    All residents share the kitchen and all appliances.

    All residents share the separate toilet.

    The 2 tenants have one rental agreement with the landlord and are jointly liable.
