From May 1 a nice room of 15 m2 for rent for a female tenant in a large and modern apartment of 110 m2. The rent of € 500, - includes the costs for gas, electricity, water, heating, internet, Wifi, etc. There are no additional costs.
The room is not furnished, but it has a large closet and it is possible to provide the room with necessary furniture.
The room is rented with (shared) use of the living room, kitchen, sanitary facilities and washing machine. You share the appartment with 2 other people.
Registration in the Municipal Personal Records Database is required.
The apartment is located outside the center of Amsterdam in a park-like area, right next to Ganzenhoef metro station (line 53).
The supermarket and other shops for your daily shopping are next to the metro station.
The connection with the center of Amsterdam is super. You can do it in 13 minutes by metro; by bike in half an hour. And the night bus goes every hour.
