About the place

I’m subletting my lovely 7m² furnished room from February to the end of April! Here’s what you can expect:

✨ Location: Ijburg – a vibrant and scenic neighborhood with easy access to central Amsterdam.
✨ Room: Furnished and cozy, perfect for someone looking for a short-term stay.
✨ Flatmate: You’ll share the apartment with my best friend, a talented music producer and singer-songwriter.
✨ Shared Spaces: Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Indoor bike storage available.
✨ Price: €1150 per month, utilities included.
✨ Registration: Unfortunately, registration isn’t possible.

What we’re looking for:
🌟 No first-year students.
🌟 Someone with previous experience in shared living.
🌟 A reliable person who keeps the shared spaces clean (weekly cleaning + tidying after yourself).
🌟 Someone okay with piano playing and singing practice during the day.
