Metro lines 51,53,54 and tram 1 and 3 are passing by. 10 minutes bike to Amsterdam central station.3 AHs , restaurants and bars, shops are closeby. The rate is for one person one room, no couples. House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and no frequent visitor. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture, wifi internet.
