Room in a shared apartment on the Delflandplein
Per the 1st of February an unfurnished room (~12 m2) will become available in our apartment on the Delflandplein. The apartment is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment (80 m2) with a large living room (22 m2), balcony and is equipped with all the modern needs. Additionally, there is a large storage unit and bicycle shelter in the basement. The rent for the room is ~€715 per month, including gas, water, electricity, tv and internet.
The apartment is located on Delflandplein, directly on top of two supermarkets and several stores. By the way, the apartment is on the top floor, so you will have a nice view and no noisy upstairs neighbours! It's a 15 minute bikeride to the center of Amsterdam, but if you don't feel like biking there are also metro-, tram- and busstations around the corner that have a good connection to the center of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
You will be living with Manuel (23) and Steven (29), and we are looking for a friendly working flatmate (there is an income requirement!). We are easygoing and enjoy doing a beer together or having dinner, but we have no problem with giving you any space.
