About the place

 Room  available from the 1st of January.I am a 39 year old man living in Amsterdam New West straight across from station Lelylaan. I am living here right now with my mom, but she is moving to a retirement home. 
So i am looking for a housemate. I  am a chill guy who has serious work but also likes to wind down by watching movies and reading or doing fitness. I am looking for a roommate who similarly has got serious work but can also be chill and likes to relax. The room is is 20 square meters with good light and visibility and already carpeted. The apartment is two floors with a shared bathroom, kitchen and toilet upstairs. it is also located across station Lelylaan so public transport is readily available. This is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of green, trees and bushes and a great view especially at sundown and sunset. Viewings will be held on 8, 15, 22 and 29 of november.
