About the place

Are you a young woman (25-32), non smoking and cat loving? A starting professional? We – a married couple with two daughters, who do not live with us any more – are looking for a neat tenant for a furnished and equipped studio on the 4th floor in wonderful and lively Westerpark. The 4th floor (aprox 40m2) is yours: a king size bed, a big closet, a dining table and a lounge corner. You will have your own kitchen with oven, stovetop and fridge. You will have your own toilet and sink. The studio is clean and neat. We live on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. You will share the bathroom (3rd floor) with our guests (if we have them). You will share the front door with both of us. If we settle for an agreement, you can move in as soon as possible. We have a lovely cat (British shorthair). We all have our privacy, we can also be sociable. There are a lot of services around the corner, like laundry, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bike shop and public transport. The studio is available for one year. Rent: € 910/month (incl. WGL). One month deposit. Rental by contract. Proof of income needed.
