My room will be available from 10 November until the end of March or April 2026. The room is 15 square meters in size, with good heating and insulation, and an adjacent hallway of the same size. They are both on the top floor of a three-story house. The monthly rent is €850, which includes utilities (free Wi-Fi) and a security deposit of one month's rent.
