Hi! I'm Koert (male), 32 years old, and I'm looking for a roommate to share this 110m2, 2-story apartment with. With the departure of my previous roommate, a large room on the upper floor has become available.

The exact number of square meters is unknown to me, but the floor space is approximately 30m2. There is a sloping ceiling, so it may not all be equally functional. The room has 2 skylights that can be opened opposite each other. Additionally, there is a sink in the room. There is space behind the panels to potentially store things. Oh, by the way, the carpet doesn't look very appetizing due to age. Advice; consider laying laminate. ;)

The rest of the house and amenities are shared. Therefore, I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, working person around 26 years old who also appreciates a clean house and a relaxed atmosphere.

The arrangement is as follows: I am the main tenant on a 2-year lease and pay the full base rent monthly to the owner (who would like to meet you). You pay me your share of the rent monthly, plus half of the gas, electricity, water, and internet costs (approximately €100).
