The Vogelenbuurt ("Birds District") is widely regarded as the best district in Utrecht. It is extremely close to the city center with only 1 minute by bike to Neude square. It is also a very safe neighbourhood.

The apartment consists of an entire floor. First you have your own entry door with lock and access to a small hallway. This connects to the living room, the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom then connects to the terrace which is very nice and has enough space for a BBQ with multiple people.

Very suitable for a couple, but also two friends can live here, provided you know each other well and can cope with a shared household. Up to two persons may register with the city hall.

As an added bonus, a parking permit is available for this apartment, which is very rare for this neighbourhood!

The price includes everything, such as utility costs (gas/electricity/water) as well as internet, television and city taxes. A washing machine and fridge are also included. Besides the rent and reposit, you are asked to pay 200 euro upon signing the contract, to give assurance that the place is rented. There are NO other or hidden fees, everything is included in the price.
