About the place

A fully-furnished house is available for rent, suitable for one person with registration. The house is comfortable and will be ready to move in as of 1st of January. Please note that the current furniture differs from the photos, but the house is still fully equipped and in good condition.

I am the current tenant and will be moving out soon. To help ensure a smooth transition, I am arranging viewings for interested candidates. 
Once a sufficient number of requests have been received, viewings will be scheduled promptly.

Please keep in mind that the landlord will make the final decision on who will rent the house after reviewing all applications.

Price is inclusive G/W/E/I (gas, water, electricity and internet)

The house is located on the first floor and features a private garden of approximately 30 m2 and a storage space (shed) of approximately 6 m2.
