Living on a very nice houseboat in Rotterdam in the center of the town....In this more than 100 years old ship, you will find a nice and modern apartment, completely eguippped, so you can move in directly. it is fully furnished.

This very special apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms for singles beds. Furthermore it has a  very charming livingroom with open kitchen. Through the big portholes you have a nice view over the water and into the harbour. The bathroom has a  shower and toillet.

There is a private terrace for you only on top of the boat!!! This boat is situated at the louis pregerkade at the Marina Rotterdam. So just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel. We prefer to rent this boat to a working couple, but two or there friends/students is also a possibility.

Interested to have a look, you can make an appointment to visit the boat the second week of december in Rotterdam. Contract can start immediately after 12 th december. After viewings we will decide who can rent it from 12 th december onwards in Rotterdam. So be quick..... 

The rent is 1545 euro, this is inlusive water elektra gas and Internet. So no further costs.
