Hi tenants!

We can offer you a very well located and completely furnished 4-room apartment  with a very nice, big terrass and THREE bedrooms. 

The apartment is situated in the Rotterdam Centrum district, nearby the Erasmus Medical University, super markets, restaurants and bars.  Dirk van den Broek is on a 5  minutes walking distance.

The three bedrooms offer space for respectively FOUR tenants/friends/students, if four tenants want to rent it, then they need to be two couples.
All three  bedrooms have one or two beds, a wardrobe and a desk with a desk chair. In total, there are three beds.

You can have a good impression of the apartment by watching the pictures, though you can see only one bedroom! 

The total exclusive rent is € 1.850,00. 

Registration at the City Hall is obliged if the apartment will be rented for a longer period than three months. 
Only three tenants can register themselves or four tenants can register themselves if they are two couples.

We ask one  rental month deposit.
