About the Apartment:

Location: Situated by the heath and just 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station.
Size: 40m² luxurious attic floor with a spacious walk-in shower, a practical kitchen, and a living room with views of the trees.
Amenities: Air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, free parking, and use of a bicycle (on request).
For whom is this apartment?
I am looking for a working woman who values privacy and her own space. The apartment is accessible via two flights of stairs (no elevator), and I live on the ground and first floors. We only share the stairwell.

Rental Conditions:

Available: From April 5th to December 31st, 2025
Rent: €950 per month
Additional costs: €100 advance per month for electricity
Deposit: €950
Income requirement: Stable income, rent + deposit to be paid in advance
Rental term: Temporary, no option for extension
Important Agreements (please read carefully):

I am a co-parent and have the children from Friday to Friday every other week.
In weeks with children: No male visitors and minimal use of the stairwell between 19:00 and 21:00 due to their ritual. Please ensure quiet evenings so they are well-rested for school.
No smoking or pets and no loud music after 22:00.
Even weeks: When my children are not here, a friend may stay overnight without prior consultation. For multiple guests, please coordinate in advance.
Surroundings:

Within walking distance to a supermarket and local shops (bakery, butcher, cheese shop).
The heath is just a 5-minute walk, perfect for some relaxation.
The center of Hilversum and the town of Laren (with the Singer Museum) are nearby.
