- Beach resorts such as Zandvoort aan Zee (6 km) and Bloemendaal aan Zee (6 km) are also easily accessible, as are Heemstede (2 km) and Overveen (3 km).

THE APARTMENT
- Ground floor:
Central entrance with intercom system, mailboxes, and stairs leading to the elevators. Two shared bicycle sheds and a scooter shed are available.

- 13th floor:
Upon entering the apartment, you step into a spacious hall that provides access to the bright living room with an open kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedroom.

The living room, with its open kitchen, benefits from large windows that allow plenty of natural light. From the living room, you can access the balcony, which faces east and offers stunning views of green spaces and Haarlem’s center. 
- The kitchen includes a microwave/oven, refrigerator, and a 4-burner stove.
- The bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. A door in the bedroom leads to the laundry room, which includes a washing machine and laundry basket.
- The bathroom features a toilet, walk-in shower, and a washbasin with a mirrored cabinet.

- The owner uses the private bicycle shed and the walk-in closet in the apartment’s hallway for personal storage.
