About the place

We are renting out our fully furnished 3-room maisonette apartment from January until December 2026, as we will work abroad for 1 year. 
The apartment has 80 m2 with a small balcony and is ideally suited for another couple. Upstairs it has a spacious bedroom, the bathroom and another room that can be used as an office with a big closet, a desk and a sleeping couch. Downstairs you find an open living room with Airconditioning, the fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a washing machine. The apartment also comes with a basement that can be used for storage and parking your bikes. Located in Twekkelerveld next to the A35 bike highway, less than 10 min by bike to the train station and the city centre and 15 min to Kennispark. 
The rental contract will be for a limited time period of maximum 12 months ‼️ move in date between 5th of January and 15th of January. The monthly rent is 1.250€ + 150€ utilities and 30€ for internet (optional). Additionally we require a deposit of 2.500€ which will be released immediately after handing over the apartment and the complete furniture in an adequate state.
