We will have a small apartment available on the 1st or 15th of January 2025. It's located right across from Delft Central Station, less than 50 meters away. The apartment is located in a large building with a total of 28 small apartments. The apartment is intended for young professionals.

In addition to the apartment, the building also has 2 lounge areas, a laundry and drying room, a communal garden and a locked bicycle shed.

The rent is 925 euros per month, which includes everything. The only thing that is not included are the municipal charges. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, so in this case 1,387.50 euros. In addition, you pay a one-off 10% administration fee of 92.50 euros.
