About the place

I’m subletting my apartment for two months as I will be away from Amsterdam during that time. The apartment is fully furnished and lovingly maintained — it’s important to me that my furniture and personal belongings are treated with respect.

I rent only to single individuals or couples (no shared flats). No smokers and no pets, to ensure the apartment remains in good condition.

I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy, and considerate who will treat the space as their own home.
