Lovely apartment in the middle of the Jordaan opposite the Anne Frank house.
Rental period is definitely jan 9 till march 1, perhaps it will even be a month longer (will keep you updated).
You have the whole apartment to yourself, there are no housemates. I am looking for someone who is respectful of my belongings and neighbors and who is tidy. Is that you? Please send me a message! It is a wonderful place to live and (home) work and you will have a great time.

House rules:
- No parties or too much noise (I don't want my neighbors to be bothered).
- Prefer not to bring friends/unknowns to the house, keep the place to yourself. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops nearby to meet up.
- Treat all belongings neatly.
- Cleaning lady comes once a month. Should you want more often, it costs 65 per time.
- Excl. utilities (I will send you the bill afterwards, smart meter keeps track of it per day).

And furthermore: ENJOY! There is so much fun around the corner: the nine streets, the tuinstraat full of restaurants, Jordanian cafes.

You can work from home in the side room at the desk (see photo). Sonos speakers throughout the house, so you can listen to your favorite music. Washer/dryer combination available. The bedroom is in the back, so you are not bothered by noise from the street. The kitchen also has everything you need (incl Quooker) and the balcony is nice and quiet and you can drink your coffee at the balcony bar :)
