The apartment lies on the first and second floor of this beautiful house. At the front of the house you'll find a beautiful uninterrupted view over the river Amstel and on the rear side a wide view over the Middelpolder.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first and second floor you will find this beautiful apartment with its own entrance. On the first floor is a spacious hall with a toilet and a sink. You will also find a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace. The open kitchen is accessible through the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a hood, an induction cooker and a combi microwave. Via the living room at the rear of the apartment through the large sliding doors, you enter a large balcony facing South. From the balcony you will have a nice view over the garden and the meadows.

The villa is located South of Amsterdam between the Kalfjeslaan and the village Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with all the advantages of living outside, and the city of Amsterdam nearby. The schools in Amsterdam Oud Zuid and the sports fields in the Amsterdamse Bos are easily accessible. The shops of Gelderlandplein, the Beethovenstraat and the shopping center of Amstelveen are only a few minutes away by car. The same goes for the main roads A1, A2, A9 and A10.
