Over de woonruimte

Looking for a calm and neat housemate. Available from June onwards. MUST BE A STUDENT (and male, as we need to keep the house coed).
Room available in Rotterdam West. The central station is 10 minutes away by bike. The university is about 20 minutes by bike. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest supermarket is no more than 5 minutes away.
In this house you will live with two female housemates. Both are currently students and we are looking for a male housemate to keep the house co-ed. The room is on the third floor facing the street and has a window. The room is about 10 square meters. There is a living room with a tv. We manage the internet subscription ourselves and costs about 12 euros. The monthly rent is 613.25€. In the kitchen there is an oven with a gas stove and a kettle. There is also a large fridge with a freezer. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and a washing machine. Lastly, there is a cosy balcony.
