About the place

We are looking for a decent tenant for our Tiny House in the sustainable Oosterwold district in Almere.
The house is suitable for 1 person, not for couples.
The rental is initially for a maximum of 1 year, but can be extended.
Our preference is for a student in the final phase of their studies or a young working person/expat.

The house has its own bathroom, a kitchen with bar, a living room and a sleeping loft.
There is a split air conditioner that heats in winter and cools in summer.

The price is €1000 excl. water/electricity/heating. We recently had meters installed and can look at consumption. We estimate that the costs will be on average €150 per month.

It is a lovely house where we enjoyed living during the construction of our large house.

The house is located on our 2400m2 land. If you like, you can have your own piece of (vegetable) garden.
The site is still under construction, so a lot will change in the near future, such as decking around the houses.

We have a dog, cat and chickens that roam freely on the property.

We have rented it out for over a year now and the house will be available again on July 1. It is now furnished/upholstered and the kitchen is also equipped with crockery/pans, etc.

In the attic there is a single mattress with slatted base.
