Rent for the period mentioned is 650 EUR with deposit of 300 which will be returned at the end of stay
Location is just 7 min walk north of Centraal Station with Albert Heijn, Aldi, etc in shopping complex just 5 mins walk
The house is in 2 floors with 2 bedrooms + living room + 1 toilet + kitchen on first floor
Your potential room on 2nd floor with private toilet and shared bathroom.
Bedroom is fully furnished 
You will get with the your bedroom -
Bed (bed covers, pillows, comforter)
Wardrobe
Cabinet 
Mini couch 

Kitchen is fully equiped with dryer and combi oven, as well as washing machine in laundry.

We are seeking a peacful, responsible roomate.

You will share house with just one another international working professional (27 year old, male)
