In a nice neighborhood, public transport nearby, Rotterdam center 15 minutes by bike.

The room has a floor and its own sink. You share 2 toilets, a newish bathroom and a washing machine with washing machine and dryer with your other 4 roommates.

registration with the municipality possible, rent allowance not possible.

Temporary rental contract for about 1 year, but can be terminated monthly in between. You have to get out again on July 20, 2025. Rent starts on juni 1 2024.
