About the place

A very nice room of 16 sqm, newly painted, upholstered, offers via the adjoining balcony great views of the sunset in the West and a small lake behind the house. Because of this location there is a lot of sun in this room on sunny days. The tenant can use all kinds of facilities in the house, like fridge, stove and Internet. 

Or do you prefer less light? A second room of 15 sqm at the front of the apartment is then better for you, if you prefer less natural light in your room!

Although my house lies in the municipality of Diemen, I must emphasize that this municipality is in fact located in Amsterdam, only 6 km from the Central Station of Amsterdam. I live only at a distance of 400 meters to Amsterdam East, 3 km from the big mall “Amsterdamse Poort” in South East and 4 km from the Center of Amsterdam. By bike, this means maximum 15 minutes cycling to be in Amsterdam Centre. Or 10 minutes by public transport. 

The great advantage of Diemen above Amsterdam as a place to live is that it is much more calmer, quieter and cleaner than the capital city of Amsterdam.
